Abigail Perri, DC is a Chiropractic Physician at Complete Care with more than 10 years of experience helping patients improve their physical health and overall quality of life through chiropractic care. She is passionate about creating meaningful connections with patients and their families, guiding them with compassion and expertise on their journey to recovery and lasting wellness. Dr. Perri’s approach to care is centered on understanding each patient’s unique needs and empowering them to take an active role in their healing process. Before joining Complete Care, she owned and practiced at Tree of Life Wellness in Tampa FL where she helped patients achieve their health goals through personalized chiropractic treatment. Earlier in her career, she gained valuable experience as a chiropractic assistant and intern in Illinois and Michigan, which deepened her commitment to holistic patient care.

Carlie Brush, DC serves as a Clinical Director at Complete Care, providing leadership, mentorship and guidance to chiropractic providers to ensure high standards of clinical excellence. Previously, Dr. Brush served as a Chiropractor at Complete Care’s Winter Haven clinic, where she helped hundreds of patients recover from auto accident injuries through attentive and compassionate care.

Adam Boylan, DC, is Chief Clinical Officer of Complete Care and a board-certified chiropractor highly skilled in spine trauma and medical-legal consulting. With 15+ years of clinical and executive experience, he leads multi-specialty teams across Central Florida. A graduate of Palmer College and UNF, he holds advanced certifications in spinal biomechanics, trauma pathology and MRI interpretation. Renowned for his diagnostic precision and ethical leadership, Dr. Boylan advances integrative care, clinician mentorship and forensic reporting in spine-related injuries.

Aleksandra Clayton, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician and Medical Director at Complete Care. She graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition, earned her medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine, and completed her family medicine residency at Florida Hospital Winter Park.

In addition to her leadership role at Complete Care, Dr. Clayton practices with HCA Lake Mary Family Physicians and serves as an Associate Professor at the Florida State University College of Medicine. Originally from Ukraine, she now calls Central Florida home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and their dogs, traveling, trying new cuisines and enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Holly Sigsbee provides mental health counseling for patients recovering from traumatic injuries. She has experience in trauma-informed care, clinical counseling and behavioral health leadership. Before joining Complete Care, she served as Behavioral Health Lead and Manager at BayCare Winter Haven Hospital’s Center for Behavioral Health and worked with the FACT Team at Peace River Center.

Holly earned a bachelor’s degree in social science from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Webster University. She is a Florida licensed mental health counselor, a qualified licensure supervisor, certified in EMDR and a Certified Complex Trauma Professional, Level II.

Austin Jones, DC, DACNB, FABVR is a chiropractor dedicated to helping patients navigate the challenges of recovery with empathy and insight. With a background in brain-based training and a strong interest in functional movement, clinical nutrition, and functional neurology, he takes a whole-person approach to care. Dr. Jones holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University and a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Neurology, a Fellow of the American Board of Vestibular Rehabilitation, and board-eligible for the Fellowship of the American Board of Brain Injury and Rehabilitation. Outside the clinic, he enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams and staying active with his family.

Allison Poff helps patients work through emotional distress and move toward their personal goals. She values building a genuine connection with each person and recognizing the progress they make along the way.

Allison earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Washington State University and a Master of Social Work from Western New Mexico University. She is a licensed clinical social worker.
