I was referred to Complete Care by the hospital after being hit by a drunk driver in January. I really appreciate their “one stop shop” model, it really helped me navigate through a situation that I found to be incredibly overwhelming. Dr. Goodijohn, Hannah, Lady, Chey, Lacey, Kat, and all the other doctors and staff that I didn’t get to work with as often are all incredibly, patient, kind, understanding, and good humored which all goes a long way when you are frustrated with healing not being necessarily linear and other circumstances that arise when you’re injured.

July 5, 2023I have been going to Lake Mary complete care for the last 3 months for treatment for my injuries. The staff there are great from the time i enter to when i leave. I’m greeted by Lacy & Nina with smiles and ready to help with anything i need. The rehab team works with your key areas. Chey & Hanna are awesome, they make you laugh while helping you with your treatment. The two newer staff Justin and Josich are great too.

They truly care about their patients as individuals and work hard to make one feel comfortable in regards to their treatment. Every staff member has treated me kindly and personably. In particular Nisa s, Erin R. LaQuanna H , Ella T, Cassandra C , Nikita G and Dr Martinez as well as Ryan the practice manager deserve recognition. I highly recommend this facility and would not seek treatment elsewhere!

The people at Complete Care (Dixon Blvd) do live up to their name by providing the “Complete Care” that I need! They have been caring for my physical recovery through hands-on therapy at their Integrative Physical Medicine Center, also by setting up appointments for MRI in Longwood, and appointments for consulation for physical progress interviews with Interventional Associates. By doing so they make sure they cover “all the bases” thus providing “complete care”. Presently, I go to the Integrative Physical Medicine center, on average three times per week. The people there are a real pleasure to interact with, and this is exactly what is needed to brighten the day for someone who is going through the painful aftermath of a vehicle accident. Erin R. always welcomes me with the warmest smile and greets me with the kindest words, thus setting the tone for a pleasant day’s interaction with the rest of the staff and a pleasant mood throughout my therapy. Laquanna H, though fairly new at the Dixon Blvd branch which I go to, has quickly become versed in her role as Administrative Health Ccordinator. This is evident by the highly professional way she answers the phone whenever I call, and how accommodating she is whenever I need a reschedule. Dr. Martinez always show empathy by the way he always ask how is my day going, how I am doing, and by adjusting the pressure and duration of the Arthro-Stem according to my needs. Through conversation Dr. Martinez tries to find common ground with his patients as he did with me. By showing interest, he learnt that I am originally from Jamaica, and I learnt that he is from Puerto Rico thus making us Caribbean brothers. Ryan C. though I do not interact with him on a daily basis, he has certainly left a first impression on me. As the Practice Manager, the caring interest he showed on my initial visit is one that I still remember.

July 5, 2023My experience at this facility has been nothing but good. Shayda and Kierstyn are great at their jobs. They have managed to work me in around all my other appointments and actually called to check up on me. Amber, Gabby, Ella have been a big help and have always been attentive to my pain triggers and have worked around that. The pt that I do has helped beyond my expectations. Dr. Searls, KC. and Rick always explain everything in detail about my care and have taken their time in doing so and I feel that I have fallen into the right hands for all of my care. I can’t say enough good things about this facility and all of the staff.
