Great team here. Peggy, Shayda, and Kierstyn at the front desk are always accommodating with scheduling. For the PT part of the visits, Ella, Nisa, and Cassandra are all awesome (Gabby and Chelsea too, even though they’re at different locations now). This group seems to work really well together. I’ve seen each of them handle multiple patients simultaneously and effectively, tagging in/out for each other as needed. You’re never left waiting beyond a few minutes if it’s particularly busy. They take your feedback into consideration for all the exercises they have you do, and are pleasant while doing so.

Complete Care: Integrative Physical Medicine of Cocoa is a great place for your Auto accident recovery. I was a bit apprehensive going there at first, but after the big smiles and greeting when first walking through the door put my mind at ease. Shayda and Kierstyn were great, handling all the paperwork and scheduling with no problems working around my schedule. The Dr.s, were very thorough going over my x-rays and MRI explaining all the damage and how the recovery plan was specific to my injuries for an optimal, timely recovery. The exercises were explained well by Amber, and her encouraging words of support and smile helped get me through them with good results. Gabby and her friendly way always helped me get a good workout. KC helps you to stay on track and follow your progress with another friendly smile. Last but not least is Dr. Searls, friendly and confident to adjust your back and neck to keep you on the straight and right path to the best recovery. This facility and all that work there are highly recommended by me.

January 10, 2023Excellent care and friendly staff! My experiences with the entire staff have been positive. The staff are polite, friendly and professional. They truly care about their patients as individuals and work hard to make one feel comfortable in regards to their treatment. Every staff member has treated me kindly and personably. In particular Nisa s, Erin R. LaQuanna H , Ella T, Cassandra C , Nikita G and Dr Martinez as well as Ryan the practice manager deserve recognition. I highly recommend this facility and would not seek treatment elsewhere!

May 17, 2023Complete Care is the perfect name for this establishment. The CA’s – Gabby, Ella & Nisa are what I would consider angelic! Their amount of personal attention to every detail of my personal injuries is beyond compare. By day 2 of a 12 day (3 x’s a week x’s 4 weeks) regiment everybody knew my name. Gabby makes sure to push me both physically and mentally towards recovery without allowing me to give up! I love all of these ladies. Thank you ALL for the boost of confidence.

I finished my treatment there very satisfied, Dr. Martínez and his staff, Ashely R., Erin, Ashely M, Jade and Alexis. They were excellent professionals, they treated the patient with great care and with a lot of interest. I recommend this place in my opinion it is the best team of professionals!!!
