Justin Harris, DC graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic and received a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Pfeiffer University. Originally from Albany, NY, Dr. Harris pursued chiropractic care after a career-ending shoulder injury during his time with the Pfeiffer Falcons baseball team. Dr. Harris finds fulfillment in guiding patients on their journey to health and happiness through hands-on healing methods. Outside of work, he enjoys beach outings, attending sporting events, and traveling to explore diverse cultures worldwide.

As a clinical director, Carlie Brush, DC provides ongoing support and guidance to our providers at Complete Care Centers and helps to oversee measures of clinical excellence in place within the clinics. Previously she was the Chiropractor at the Winter Haven practice and has helped hundreds of patients recover from auto accident injuries. Dr. Brush received a bachelor’s degree in health sciences and a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Cindy Hoff, D.C. is a Chiropractic Physician at Complete. She brings over 20 years of clinical experience and a strong foundation in soft tissue rehabilitation, extremity care and evidence-based chiropractic techniques. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College and is licensed in the state of Florida. She holds certifications from the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and has completed extensive post-graduate training, including Fascial Manipulation, Chiropractic BioPhysics, IASTM, Graston, Drop Table Technique, Trigger Point Therapy (NIMMO) and the Dr. Charrette Extremity Protocol. Prior to joining Complete Care, she served patients at The Joint Chiropractic in Palm Harbor and was the long-time owner of Synergy Wellness Center in Ridgefield, CT.
