Complete Care is the perfect name for this establishment. The CA’s – Gabby, Ella & Nisa are what I would consider angelic! Their amount of personal attention to every detail of my personal injuries is beyond compare. By day 2 of a 12 day (3 x’s a week x’s 4 weeks) regiment everybody knew my name. Gabby makes sure to push me both physically and mentally towards recovery without allowing me to give up! I love all of these ladies. Thank you ALL for the boost of confidence.

There are times in your life where the unexpected happens. I was recently hit by a car while riding my scooter home from work. This opens up a whole new world of unfamiliararity to the average person. Suddenly you have to deal with doctors, lawyers and insurance companies. Certianly not my area of expertise. All that being said. I am grateful I was referred to Complete Care for treatment. The staff here has been helpful and informative through the process of my treatment. But above all else. The friendliness of the staff puts you at ease while navigating through a difficult and confusing episode in your life. I would highly recommend this facility if you find yourself in need of quality care.

Love this place. The staff makes you feel welcomed and actually cares about your well-being. Everyone is friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel like an actual person and not just some random person walking in. This is a one stop location for everything to get you back to normal activities and life as you remember with the care they provide.

I have been going to complete care for just over a month. From the first visit, I have been impressed. Kierstyn and Shayda were patient with all of my questions, and helped me understand the process. Rick and KC explained everything to me in a way I could understand it and did not rush me. I never feel like just a number there. Gabby, Ella and Amber are excellent therapists who are knowledgeable and personable, and Dr. Searles has such a friendly demeanor and is willing to answer questions as well. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent care and friendly staff! My experiences with the entire staff have been positive. The staff are polite, friendly and professional. They truly care about their patients as individuals and work hard to make one feel comfortable in regards to their treatment. Every staff member has treated me kindly and personably. In particular Nisa s, Erin R. LaQuanna H , Ella T, Cassandra C , Nikita G and Dr Martinez as well as Ryan the practice manager deserve recognition. I highly recommend this facility and would not seek treatment elsewhere!

I have been going to Lake Mary complete care for the last 3 months for treatment for my injuries. The staff there are great from the time i enter to when i leave. I’m greeted by Lacy & Nina with smiles and ready to help with anything i need. The rehab team works with your key areas. Chey & Hanna are awesome, they make you laugh while helping you with your treatment. The two newer staff Justin and Josich are great too.

They were very patient and knowledgeable. They addressed all the symptoms and made me feel a lot better.

Had my exam done by Dr Partlow and she was very kind and thorough. The front desk staff were full of smiles and super helpful.

Very convenient provider. Therapy and testing all in the same location. The staff is wonderful. Very patient, accommodating and they always ask how you are doing and feeling. I would recommend Complete Care of Lake Mary to anyone who needs assistance with therapy.

I was referred to Complete Care by the hospital after being hit by a drunk driver in January. I really appreciate their “one stop shop” model, it really helped me navigate through a situation that I found to be incredibly overwhelming. Dr. Goodijohn, Hannah, Lady, Chey, Lacey, Kat, and all the other doctors and staff that I didn’t get to work with as often are all incredibly, patient, kind, understanding, and good humored which all goes a long way when you are frustrated with healing not being necessarily linear and other circumstances that arise when you’re injured.

I appreciate the care and education provided during my visit with complete care in lake mary the receptionist and mri tech guided me through the entire process for it was my first time.

This place is by far the BEST!!! Shayda & Kierstyn will always greet you with a smile and make you feel very comfortable. They work together to get you everything you need!! I highly recommend this establishment.
