The team at this location work together And help the patients who come there on a daily basis. They are able to work with you and make the schedule that works best for you. My experience at this facility has been nothing but good. Shayda and Kierstyn are great at their jobs. They have managed to work me in around all my other appointments and actually called to check up on me. Amber, Gabby, Ella have been a big help and have always been attentive to my pain triggers and have worked around that. The pt that I do has helped beyond my expectations. Dr. Searls, KC. and Rick always explain everything in detail about my care and have taken their time in doing so and I feel that I have fallen into the right hands for all of my care. I can’t say enough good things about this facility and all of the staff.

The entire team here is amazing. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and helpful when it comes to scheduling, they’re so flexible in working the appointments around your life. Dr. Martinez & the PT team ( Ella, Nisa, Casandra & Nikta) really listen to their patients and provide treatments that are tailored to your individual needs.

I have been going to complete care for just over a month. From the first visit, I have been impressed. Kierstyn and Shayda were patient with all of my questions, and helped me understand the process. Rick and KC explained everything to me in a way I could understand it and did not rush me. I never feel like just a number there. Gabby, Ella and Amber are excellent therapists who are knowledgeable and personable, and Dr. Searles has such a friendly demeanor and is willing to answer questions as well. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!

I love this place the ladies at the front desk are very nice and welcoming…. I love the doctor he makes me feel so relaxed after leaving his table and I don’t really feel as sore after either. Rick and the other staff are also very informational and nice….everyone there just makes u feel at ease and they all make u laugh at the end of the day ver great patient/customers skills

I was involved in a accident that has left me in so much pain. I got referred to Complete Care and have been going there for my recovery. I was so nervous going in and the 2 women at the front desk desk are EVERYTHING!! Kierstyn and Shayda’s smiles are so contagious. They are so energetic yet calming. They are ALWAYS so helpful. They definitely help with making my recovery better.

Had my exam done by Dr Partlow and she was very kind and thorough. The front desk staff were full of smiles and super helpful.

My 17yr old daughter was in an accident and rolled her car, a mother’s worst nightmare. I work in healthcare and have been referring patients here but now actually needed to use the services personally, which is helpful having first hand experience to share with my patients if they have questions. While the drive is a little far right now coming from Palm Bay to Cocoa, I am choosing to do that because I absolutely love the establishment and staff here. From the full assessment of my daughter’s injuries, aches and pains to the therapy sessions tailored to her injuries, Complete Care is top notch! Everything was explained to my daughter and myself in depth and everyone has been been very accommodating and helpful. Thank you guys for being here to help in such a scary time for us.

There are times in your life where the unexpected happens. I was recently hit by a car while riding my scooter home from work. This opens up a whole new world of unfamiliararity to the average person. Suddenly you have to deal with doctors, lawyers and insurance companies. Certianly not my area of expertise. All that being said. I am grateful I was referred to Complete Care for treatment. The staff here has been helpful and informative through the process of my treatment. But above all else. The friendliness of the staff puts you at ease while navigating through a difficult and confusing episode in your life. I would highly recommend this facility if you find yourself in need of quality care.

Complete Care is the perfect name for this establishment. The CA’s – Gabby, Ella & Nisa are what I would consider angelic! Their amount of personal attention to every detail of my personal injuries is beyond compare. By day 2 of a 12 day (3 x’s a week x’s 4 weeks) regiment everybody knew my name. Gabby makes sure to push me both physically and mentally towards recovery without allowing me to give up! I love all of these ladies. Thank you ALL for the boost of confidence.

Excellent care and friendly staff! My experiences with the entire staff have been positive. The staff are polite, friendly and professional. They truly care about their patients as individuals and work hard to make one feel comfortable in regards to their treatment. Every staff member has treated me kindly and personably. In particular Nisa s, Erin R. LaQuanna H , Ella T, Cassandra C , Nikita G and Dr Martinez as well as Ryan the practice manager deserve recognition. I highly recommend this facility and would not seek treatment elsewhere!

All the girls are very sweet and outgoing! Feel welcomed everytime I come in! Very recommend place to go for physical therapy!

I love this place. The staff is awesome and the process from diagnosis to implementation of therapy is definitely a complete path to recovery. The exercises are tailored to your specific injuries and the doctor explains your X-rays and what happens every step of the way. Therapy is hard but this place makes it seems peaceful. The staff is flexible with my scheduling and very pleasant. I highly recommend this establishment for your recovery.
