The Colonial office bends over backwards to make sure you have a great experience. Chris accommodates your schedule giving you as close to your desired time for therapy as possible. KJ & Sam, the techs, go above and beyond to be sure you are getting the best therapy possible and that with each session you become stronger and stronger. Dr. Troye explains all of your medical options before any adjustments occur. He actually listens to your concerns and works with each patient’s medical issues. Highly recommend the Colonial location! Great job!

My experience at this facility has been nothing but good. Shayda and Kierstyn are great at their jobs. They have managed to work me in around all my other appointments and actually called to check up on me. Amber, Gabby, Ella have been a big help and have always been attentive to my pain triggers and have worked around that. The pt that I do has helped beyond my expectations. Dr. Searls, KC. and Rick always explain everything in detail about my care and have taken their time in doing so and I feel that I have fallen into the right hands for all of my care. I can’t say enough good things about this facility and all of the staff.

The staff at complete care are so awesome they make you feel comfortable especially when most of us are coming to them after tramatic car accident I had my MRI today in lake Mary and they made me feel very comfortable I was very nervous at first as I had never had an MRI before and I didn’t know what to expect but they walked me through every step and even took the time to breathe with me if I could give them a billion stars I would❤️❤️❤️

I have been going to complete care for just over a month. From the first visit, I have been impressed. Kierstyn and Shayda were patient with all of my questions, and helped me understand the process. Rick and KC explained everything to me in a way I could understand it and did not rush me. I never feel like just a number there. Gabby, Ella and Amber are excellent therapists who are knowledgeable and personable, and Dr. Searles has such a friendly demeanor and is willing to answer questions as well. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent care and friendly staff! My experiences with the entire staff have been positive. The staff are polite, friendly and professional. They truly care about their patients as individuals and work hard to make one feel comfortable in regards to their treatment. Every staff member has treated me kindly and personably. In particular Nisa s, Erin R. LaQuanna H , Ella T, Cassandra C , Nikita G and Dr Martinez as well as Ryan the practice manager deserve recognition. I highly recommend this facility and would not seek treatment elsewhere!

The front desk staff (Erin K. & LaQuanna) are responsive and friendly, and the folks managing your care in the treatment area (Ella, Nisa, Casandra) are absolutely a pleasure to work with – it’s hard to be hurting if you’re laughing!

Shayda and Kierstyn are two of the most cheerfuo elpful people I have ever met. These ladies are always helpful no matter what I need, they are always interact with my daughter and keep her entertained when she is done with her treatment for the day.
