Lisa Margavage, DC is passionate about chiropractic care and the connections she builds with her patients. She enjoys learning each patient’s unique story, allowing her to individualize their treatment and support their journey to better health. Dr. Margavage finds fulfillment in seeing the positive physical and emotional transformations that occur throughout the course of care. Dr. Margavage earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She specializes in spinal health, rehabilitation, and patient education, with a focus on injury prevention and long-term wellness. Outside of her professional role, Dr. Margavage enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She loves traveling—especially to the beach, and embraces outdoor activities such as hiking and paddleboarding. She also enjoys taking her two dogs to parks or on neighborhood walks, making the most of Florida’s beautiful environment.

Our Registered Technologists in Magnetic Resonance Imaging are health professionals who assist and guide each patient through their MRI exam. They provide excellent customer service to ensure each patient feels comfortable, understands each step of the exam, and has the best experience possible. They are highly trained how to use our open and closed MRI machines and work closely with each patient to achieve clear and detailed scans.

Christopher MacLaren, DO is dual board-certified in orthopedic surgery and orthopedic sports medicine. He has many years of experience in minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery, general orthopedics, fracture care, and treatment of bone and joint injuries. Dr. MacLaren is a veteran of the U.S. Army 101st Airborne where he was Chief of Orthopedics and received the Combat Medical Badge for his remarkable work. His extensive medical studies included fellowships in arthroscopy, sports medicine and knee reconstruction. He has been helping patients at Complete Care Spine & Orthopedics to relieve pain and maximize function, through non-operative techniques as well as through surgical correction.

Adam Boylan, DC is the Chief Medical Officer of Complete Care. In this role, Dr. Boylan ensures that Complete Care practices adhere to the highest standards of patient care. Through his leadership, the company holds monthly “round tables” (meetings) for the clinical teams to review protocols, share best practices and facilitate open communication. Dr. Boylan received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida and a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of North Florida.
