Gerson Diaz, DC brings over 30 years of experience in chiropractic care, with a strong foundation in family practice and rehabilitative treatment. Dr. Diaz has dedicated his career to helping patients improve their function and quality of life through compassionate and knowledgeable care. Prior to joining Complete Care, he served as the owner and founder of Cutler Ridge Family Chiropractic Center in Cutler Bay, Florida, where he provided care to the community for more than two decades.

Darren Buono, MD is a board-certified radiologist and diplomate of the American Board of Radiology. He brings a strong background in diagnostic imaging and a passion for delivering precise, patient-focused care that supports accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Dr. Buono earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, where he was a varsity swimmer and NCAA Academic All-American. He graduated at the top of his class from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He went on to complete his internship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of California, San Diego. Outside of medicine, Dr. Buono enjoys spending time with his family, staying active through swimming and exploring the outdoors.

Adam Boylan, DC, is Chief Medical Officer of Complete Care and a board-certified chiropractic physician highly skilled in spine trauma and medical-legal consulting. With 15+ years of clinical and executive experience, he leads multidisciplinary teams across Central Florida. A graduate of Palmer College and UNF, he holds advanced certifications in spinal biomechanics, trauma pathology and MRI interpretation. Renowned for his diagnostic precision and ethical leadership, Dr. Boylan advances integrative care, clinician mentorship and forensic reporting in spine-related injuries.

Jonathan Hann, DC was inspired to pursue chiropractic medicine after experiencing the life-changing benefits of chiropractic care following his own series of injuries. Throughout more than a decade in practice, Dr. Hann has remained passionate about helping patients recover and return to their daily lives. He values the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with his patients and to see their progress firsthand. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, participating in his local church and freshwater fishing.

Holly Sigsbee, LMHC provides compassionate mental health services to patients recovering from traumatic injuries. She brings extensive experience in trauma-informed care, clinical counseling and behavioral health leadership. Prior to joining Complete Care, Sigsbee served as Behavioral Health Lead and Manager at BayCare Winter Haven Hospital’s Center for Behavioral Health and as a mental health professional on the FACT Team at Peace River Center.

Dylan Saulsbery, DC, DIBCN, DIBE, CBIS is a diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology and certified to perform electrodiagnostic studies through the International Board of Chiropractic Neurology. Through comprehensive examinations that may include NCS and VNG testing, Dr. Saulsbery’s goal is to localize, characterize and properly diagnose neurological disorders and dysfunctions. He serves as an active member and lecturer for the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology. 

Dr. Saulsbery completed advanced postdoctoral training in neurology including academics and practical study and successfully passed written and practical certification examinations through the International Board of Chiropractic Neurology. He is qualified to diagnose and treat neurological disorders involving the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerves and the associated dysfunction of these systems.
