Michael Griggs, DC is dedicated to enhancing patients’ quality of life through personalized, hands-on chiropractic care. He specializes in addressing pain, mobility challenges, and overall wellness, focusing on individualized treatment to help patients regain function and improve their daily lives. Dr. Griggs earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Texas. Dr. Griggs is actively involved in his community and attends Avalon Church with his family on Sundays. Outside of his professional role, he enjoys fatherhood and prioritizes fitness, often working out in his home gym. 

As a clinical director, Carlie Brush, DC provides ongoing support and guidance to our providers at Complete Care and helps to oversee measures of clinical excellence in place within the clinics. Previously she was the Chiropractor at the Winter Haven practice and has helped hundreds of patients recover from auto accident injuries. Dr. Brush received a bachelor’s degree in health sciences and a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic.

Adam Boylan, DC is the Chief Medical Officer of Complete Care. In this role, Dr. Boylan ensures that Complete Care practices adhere to the highest standards of patient care. Through his leadership, the company holds monthly “round tables” (meetings) for the clinical teams to review protocols, share best practices and facilitate open communication. Dr. Boylan received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida and a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of North Florida.  

Holly Sigsbee, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Complete Care, providing mental health services to patients recovering from traumatic injuries. She brings extensive experience in clinical counseling, leadership, and trauma-informed care. Prior to joining Complete Care, Holly served as the Behavioral Health Lead and Manager at BayCare Winter Haven Hospital’s Center for Behavioral Health and as a mental health professional on the FACT Team at Peace River Center. She is licensed in the state of Florida and is a Qualified Licensure Supervisor. She is also certified in EMDR and is a Certified Complex Trauma Professional Level II. She earned her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from the University of South Florida.

Allison Poff, LCSW is passionate about helping individuals move beyond distress and toward improved well-being. She finds great fulfillment in supporting patients as they work toward their goals, celebrating each step of progress they achieve. Allison enjoys building genuine connections with her patients and values the opportunity to hear and be part of their unique journeys.

Allison earned her Master of Social Work from Western New Mexico University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Washington State University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is currently pursuing certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to further enhance her clinical skills.

Within her community, Allison is active in her church where she sings and plays the piano. She and her family are also involved in local festivals and events, enjoying the strong community ties they have built. Outside of her professional role, Allison finds joy in a variety of hobbies, including crafts, art, sewing, music, and gardening. She loves spending time with her family, riding together, fishing at their pond, and caring for their chickens, ducks, and rabbits on their family farm.
