Adam Boylan, DC, is Chief Medical Officer of Complete Care and a board-certified chiropractic physician highly skilled in spine trauma and medical-legal consulting. With 15+ years of clinical and executive experience, he leads multidisciplinary teams across Central Florida. A graduate of Palmer College and UNF, he holds advanced certifications in spinal biomechanics, trauma pathology and MRI interpretation. Renowned for his diagnostic precision and ethical leadership, Dr. Boylan advances integrative care, clinician mentorship and forensic reporting in spine-related injuries.

Aleksandra Clayton, MD serves as the Medical Director at Complete Care and is a board-certified family medicine physician. Dr. Clayton graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition and earned her medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine. She completed her residency at Florida Hospital in Winter Park. In addition to her leadership role at Complete Care, she practices family medicine with HCA Lake Mary Family Physicians and serves as an Associate Professor at Florida State University College of Medicine. Originally from Ukraine, Dr. Clayton now calls Central Florida home, where she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their dogs, as well as traveling, trying new cuisines and enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Andrew Rocker, DO is a dedicated medical provider with a strong focus on preventive medicine and helping patients maintain optimal health and wellness throughout their lives. Dr. Rocker graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida before earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he received the Family Medicine Award and graduated in the top ten of his class. Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys spending time with family, golfing and fishing.

Carlie Brush, DC serves as a Clinical Director at Complete Care, providing leadership, mentorship and guidance to chiropractic providers to ensure high standards of clinical excellence. Previously, Dr. Brush served as a Chiropractor at Complete Care’s Winter Haven clinic, where she helped hundreds of patients recover from auto accident injuries through attentive and compassionate care.

Chris Bertozzi, MD is a board-certified and fellowship-trained radiologist specializing in sports medicine and musculoskeletal radiology. As a Medical Director with Complete Care, Dr. Bertozzi combines his clinical expertise with a passion for helping patients return to peak performance through accurate diagnosis and collaborative care.

Dr. Bertozzi serves as a radiology consultant for the Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tampa Bay Rowdies, bringing elite-level experience in sports-related imaging and injury management. His approach integrates advanced imaging techniques with a deep understanding of biomechanics and musculoskeletal health to provide precise and effective patient care.

Christopher MacLaren, DO is dual board-certified in orthopedic surgery and orthopedic sports medicine. He has many years of experience in minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery, general orthopedics, fracture care, and treatment of bone and joint injuries. Dr. MacLaren is a veteran of the U.S. Army 101st Airborne where he was Chief of Orthopedics and received the Combat Medical Badge for his remarkable work. His extensive medical studies included fellowships in arthroscopy, sports medicine and knee reconstruction. He has been helping patients at Complete Care Spine & Orthopedics to relieve pain and maximize function, through non-operative techniques as well as through surgical correction.

Darren Buono, MD is a board-certified radiologist and diplomate of the American Board of Radiology. He brings a strong background in diagnostic imaging and a passion for delivering precise, patient-focused care that supports accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Dr. Buono earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, where he was a varsity swimmer and NCAA Academic All-American. He graduated at the top of his class from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He went on to complete his internship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of California, San Diego. Outside of medicine, Dr. Buono enjoys spending time with his family, staying active through swimming and exploring the outdoors.

Edward J. Magee, MD is a dedicated physician who exemplifies compassion, balance and commitment in both his professional and personal life. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida State University. A proud alumnus of Jesuit Catholic High School in Tampa FL, Dr. Magee is deeply rooted in his community and values the importance of family and wellness. He and his wife, Gina, enjoy a full and active life with their six boys, emphasizing the same principles of health and balance that he shares with his patients. Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Magee is passionate about competing in triathlons, golfing and spending quality time at the beach—activities that reflect his belief in living an active and fulfilling life.

Jonathan Hann, DC was inspired to pursue chiropractic medicine after experiencing the life-changing benefits of chiropractic care following his own series of injuries.
