There are times in your life where the unexpected happens. I was recently hit by a car while riding my scooter home from work. This opens up a whole new world of unfamiliararity to the average person. Suddenly you have to deal with doctors, lawyers and insurance companies. Certianly not my area of expertise. All that being said. I am grateful I was referred to Complete Care for treatment. The staff here has been helpful and informative through the process of my treatment. But above all else. The friendliness of the staff puts you at ease while navigating through a difficult and confusing episode in your life. I finished my treatment there very satisfied, Dr. Martínez and his staff, Ashely R., Erin, Ashely M, Jade and Alexis. They were excellent professionals, they treated the patient with great care and with a lot of interest. I recommend this place in my opinion it is the best team of professionals!!!

Kierstyn and Shayda are the best! They make the not so fun activities like physical therapy and doctor’s appointments more enjoyable and they make sure that everything is taken care of for smooth sailing for the rest of your healing process.

Great team here. Peggy, Shayda, and Kierstyn at the front desk are always accommodating with scheduling. For the PT part of the visits, Ella, Nisa, and Cassandra are all awesome (Gabby and Chelsea too, even though they’re at different locations now). This group seems to work really well together. I’ve seen each of them handle multiple patients simultaneously and effectively, tagging in/out for each other as needed. You’re never left waiting beyond a few minutes if it’s particularly busy. They take your feedback into consideration for all the exercises they have you do, and are pleasant while doing so.

They truly care about their patients as individuals and work hard to make one feel comfortable in regards to their treatment. Every staff member has treated me kindly and personably. In particular Nisa s, Erin R. LaQuanna H , Ella T, Cassandra C , Nikita G and Dr Martinez as well as Ryan the practice manager deserve recognition. I highly recommend this facility and would not seek treatment elsewhere!

I was so nervous going in and the 2 women at the front desk desk are EVERYTHING!! Kierstyn and Shayda’s smiles are so contagious. They are so energetic yet calming. They are ALWAYS so helpful. They definitely help with making my recovery better.
