Complete Care Will Remain Open

Auto Injury Treatment FL Complete Care Stay at Home OrderCounties in Florida have begun issuing stay at home orders (Orange County begins today at 11pm today) for their residents to help stop the spread of COVID-19. The stay at home orders restrict people from leaving their homes unless they are doing activities that are exempted from the order. One such activity is attending your medical appointments such as your treatment at Complete Care. As we are considered an essential business, Complete Care will remain open to continue treating our patients who's needs remain a top priority during this time.

We have enacted several protocols as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention such as ensuring 6 feet of social distancing and adjusting schedules to allow for no more than 10 people in our clinics at any one time, including the staff. Additionally, patients will be asked to wash their hands upon arrival to the clinic and complete a health survey prior to receiving treatment. We ask that you try not to bring anyone with you to your appointments as we are only allowing up to 10 people in our clinics at a time, but if you must have someone accompany you, they will be asked to complete a health survey as well. Further protocols are in place to ensure safety and your compliance is appreciated and expected.

We are all members of the community and it is up to all of us working together to keep each other safe and help stop the spread of this virus. By following the guidelines put forth by the CDC and The Florida Department of Health, we can continue to remain open to provide the care that is so vital to our patients. Treatment for injuries cannot be put on hold as pain does not wait. Our clinical staff teams are committed to helping our patients recover in a safe and secure environment.
