Kayla Petrino, Clinical Support Representative at Interventional Associates

Our series introducing the people behind the Interventional Associates name continues today with Kayla Petrino.

Kayla is one of our Clinical Support Representatives for Complete Care's Interventional Associates. She was born and raised in Central Florida, right by the Wekiva Springs. Her favorite activity is boating with her family or going to the beach. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in General Studies and a minor is Mass Communications. What led her into this field was her passion for helping others and her belief in patient care. By helping practice good medicine, Kayla is able to, along with her team, succeed at caring for our patients in the most efficient and caring way possible.

In her role as a Clinical Support Representative, Kayla is responsible for maintaining strong community connections through organized marketing and she does this by implementing strategic attorney marketing plans to accommodate corporate goals, supports the Business Development Representatives by scheduling introductory meetings, educational in-services and follow-up visits. She regularly visits representing attorney's offices to communicate updates on patients and ensure patient records are being handled in a timely manner. She also acts as a liaison or bridge between Complete Care specialists and attorneys.

She believes that what helps her succeed in her role is how results driven she is and her teamwork orientation along with her marketing experience. Before working with Complete Care, Kayla was a Marketing Coordinator in the hospitality industry in Central Florida and oversaw marketing for three separate locations. Her experience as a marketing coordinator in the past has helped shape her into learning how to really understand others needs and communicating that in the most effective manner. She always wanted to join a company that recognizes the importance of practicing good medicine, truly caring for each and every patient and subsequently treats one another like family, and that’s just what Complete Care provides.

Kayla is another outstanding member of the team at Interventional Associates who works every day to ensure patients are receiving the care and service they deserve.
